If you use the contact form or write to us, we receive the details you send: typically name, organisation, email address and the content of your message. We do not run advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use that information to respond to enquiries and, where relevant, to discuss or deliver security app development work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps toward a contract if you ask us to quote or work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related work, then deleted or reduced unless the law requires otherwise.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Messages sent by email pass through ordinary email infrastructure. If a project requires other processors, we will say so in that engagement.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise rights, write to developer@bloomsystems.work.
